He sent me a template of the back (cursive name and small picture/design) and when I asked if some adjustments could be made, he was all ears, and sent me another picture of the updated back. This was so nice.
I haven’t used mypetforlife before, but I have a previous nose print locket necklace from Bailey and Bailey, from 10 years ago, that I wanted this one to go with that one, and Jim then wanted photos of my previous necklace, which really showed how much he puts into his work.
Jim and mypetforlife were so helpful and answered all my questions. You can tell they really feel honored to do this for a career.
I wear my necklace all the time. I can feel the little lockets on my neck and when I catch them in the mirror, I just know my little baby Browna and my best friend Benj are with me always.

It is a beautiful light colored wood and very well built. I ordered the plaque with a future death date as we had an appointment to help Grace cross the Rainbow Bridge. I asked about how the picture is placed in the urn. He said it fits inside the urn with a heavy card stock between the picture and the ashes, and he sent me pictures of how it will be placed. This is a beautiful wooden urn to commemorate our beloved Sydney.
