I absolutely love my charm, I was in happy tears when I opened it. I lost my boy recently and wanted a charm in white gold with his picture, name, nose print and paw print, I wasn’t sure it could be done to have the front and back of the charm with all of that on it. I called up and spoke with Jim, he was so helpful and had so much patience with me, really a pleasure to work with. I actually called back a few days later and ordered 2 dog tag keychains with the same exact things on them, my dogs picture, name, paw print and nose print. Well for the charm I was told it would take 4-6 weeks, I received it within 2 weeks, I am so happy, I absolutely love my charm…and keychains. I thank you so much for the beautiful pieces. They are better then perfect!
